The WAAC or Waverly Area Aquatic Club is a USA program that offers competitive swim practices and competitions. They are a separate program from the AASD, but utilize our pool as well as other pools in the area for practice and competition.

Below is a link for information about joining or “trying out”. The program is for swimmers aged 4 to adult including “Masters” level. However, new swimmers are expected to be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted. WAAC is a “year-around” sport with several “seasons” and start dates.

A “Kids Night Out” is a fundraiser for various groups such as clubs and sports teams at the High School.  Students need to sign in with parent/guardian and check out at the end of the event.  They normally run on Friday or Saturday evenings from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.   Several activities and concessions are made available by the Host group.  They often include:
